PAL Media does NOT provide, host, transmit, or index any digital media or audio/video streams whatsoever. PAL Media is strictly an independent, general-purpose media player software client intended solely for reproducing user-owned or publicly authorized media playlists.
PAL Media (including the TV applications available for Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, Android TV, and Apple tvOS) is exclusively a media player. It contains no pre-installed audio/video streams, no channels, no movies, no TV series, and no media content of any kind.
Users must provide their own content by inputting valid and legally authorized URLs (such as M3U playlists, Xtream Codes credentials, or direct streaming endpoints). Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to access the media streams they input into the application.
PAL Media and its developers have no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, or association with any third-party IPTV providers, streaming services, copyright holders, or media distributors. We strongly condemn the unauthorized distribution or reception of copyrighted material.
Any activation fees, licenses, or subscription fees charged by PAL Media (such as 1-Year or 3-Year licenses) are purely for the use of the player application software itself and its cloud synchronization infrastructure. Under no circumstances do activation fees grant access to any content, television channels, or media broadcasts.
All trademarks, logos, brand names, and copyrighted works appearing on user playlists are the property of their respective owners. PAL Media does not claim ownership or rights over any third-party content accessed by users through the software.
Because PAL Media does not host, broadcast, or store any streams on our servers, we have no technical ability to take down or block content hosted on third-party servers. If you believe your copyrighted content is being accessed without authorization, please contact the host or hosting provider responsible for serving that stream.
