Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information PAL Media collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data when using the PAL Media applications and web portal (palmedia.app).
Device Identifier (MAC Address): We collect your device's network hardware address (MAC) solely to identify your TV device, manage subscription status, and sync your playlist settings between our web portal and your TV screen.
Playlist URLs & Credentials: Any playlist URLs (M3U or Xtream credentials) you enter into our web portal are stored securely in encrypted databases strictly to deliver them to your TV client. We do NOT analyze, sell, or monitor your viewing habits.
Log Data: We may collect standard operational logs (such as request timestamps and HTTP status codes) solely for server maintenance, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.
We use the collected information exclusively to:
PAL Media does NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties or advertising networks. We do not integrate tracking SDKs, marketing trackers, or third-party analytics within the Smart TV application.
You can remove your saved playlists at any time through the Manage Playlist portal. You may also contact [email protected] to request complete deletion of your device registration record.
