By downloading, installing, or using the PAL Media application, visiting palmedia.app, or utilizing any of our synchronization services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software.
PAL Media provides a software media player application designed for Smart TVs (including LG webOS, Samsung Tizen) and connected streaming devices. The service allows users to play their own personal playlists (M3U, Xtream API, HLS streams) and sync device settings via our web portal.
New devices are entitled to a 30-day non-binding free trial. Following the trial period, ongoing access to the application software requires the activation of a device license (1-Year or 3-Year subscription). Device activations are tied to the specific hardware MAC address of the device and are non-transferable between incompatible hardware.
You agree not to use PAL Media for any unlawful purpose. You represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful right to stream all media loaded into your playlists. PAL Media reserves the right to terminate access to devices found attempting to compromise, reverse engineer, or exploit the API or web portal.
The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. PAL Media does not guarantee that streams supplied by third-party servers will remain active, buffer-free, or reliable, as PAL Media has no control over external media servers.
